Dogs
It is recommended that Dogs that are new to our kennels, have at least one day stay or overnight stay first, especially before being boarded over peak holiday periods.
This gives us a chance to see how they will cope with the boarding environment.
All pets must have completed their current vaccinations (more than 14 days prior to boarding)
Recent flea and worm treatment (less than 7 days prior to boarding) with vet approved products.
Please bring your pet’s vaccination certificate with you at checkin. Details of flea/worm treatment dates & products also.
Meet and Greet (Mandatory meeting for dogs to assess their reaction to the kennel environment and staff)
Vaccinations (KC and DHP necessary, Lepto recommend but not mandatory)

VIP/Special Care Suites
Our VIP/Special Care Suites are fully insulated and have hammock style beds and we have coats and microwaveable dog hot water bottles. We also shut the standard kennel doors and windows at night during the winter. Soothing music is played 24 hours a day. Painted in bright colours, these suites are cheerful and close to the kitchen, where pets are monitored carefully and have access to the exercise replica hublot area without needing to negotiate steps. This area is separate from the main boarding kennel area and offers a restful environment. Older pets and those replica watches requiring special care will benefit from these facilities. There is a small extra daily charge.

Standard Dog Kennels
- Standard Dog Kennels consists of an Indoor sleeping area with covered outer run.
- Dogs are exercised three times daily in secure outdoor runs either alone or with like-minded friends!
- Hydrobath available on request
- 24-hour music
- All dogs are fed balanced food unless their own food is provided.
- Own special diets catered for, Please bring these in meal-sized portions or a plastic container with your pet’s name on them.
- Medications are given at a small extra cost
- Pick up and delivery by arrangement for a small additional charge.
- Dogs exercised within office hours twice daily.
We do not take aggressive dogs. All dogs fed ACRES natural biscuits and wags chicken roll.
